- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- ½ cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugars, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Alternate adding the flour mixture and milk to the cream cheese mixture, starting and ending with flour.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Divide the batter among the muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh blueberries.
- Allow muffins to cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
