Description

A rich and creamy dessert that requires no baking.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, melted


Instructions

  1. Combine crushed cookies and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form; gradually add powdered sugar.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in melted chocolate.
  4. Fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until well combined.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Slice and serve cold.
