- 2 cups chocolate cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Combine crushed cookies and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form; gradually add powdered sugar.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in melted chocolate.
- Fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until well combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve cold.

- For variation, add nuts or berries.
