Description

These Keto marshmallows are a quick and easy way to satisfy your sweet tooth while adhering to a low-carb lifestyle.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated erythritol
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine water and erythritol over medium heat until dissolved.
  2. Stir in gelatin and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  3. Beat the mixture with an electric mixer until it forms soft peaks.
  4. Add vanilla extract, cream of tartar, and salt, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
  5. Transfer the marshmallow mixture to a lined baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. Let it set for at least 4 hours or until firm.
