Delicious bites of orange chicken coated in a crunchy almond crust.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey and orange juice. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Coat the diced chicken in the egg mixture, then in almond flour.
- Place the chicken bites on a baking sheet and drizzle with vegetable oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with additional orange sauce if desired.
