Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine peanut butter, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well combined.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool, then slice and serve.
