- 1/2 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine peanut butter, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased tart pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool, then slice and serve.
