Description

Delicious low-carb wraps filled with all the classic flavors of a Philly cheesesteak.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound thinly sliced beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 large cabbage leaves
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Sauté until soft.
  3. Add the sliced beef, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until beef is browned.
  4. Remove from heat and place beef mixture onto cabbage leaves.
  5. Top with provolone cheese and fold the cabbage leaves to form wraps.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add your favorite seasonings to the beef.
  • Can be served with hot sauce for added spice.
