Description

These sugar-free pink lemonade electrolyte gummies are a refreshing and healthy way to stay hydrated.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup pink lemonade concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest


Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat water over low heat.
  2. Stir in the pink lemonade concentrate and honey until dissolved.
  3. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the mixture and whisk until fully dissolved.
  4. Add salt and lemon zest, stirring to combine.
  5. Pour mixture into gummy molds and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set.
  6. Remove from molds and store in an airtight container.
