Description

A delicious and hearty dish that combines crispy pork belly, spicy kimchi, and perfectly cooked eggs.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork belly, diced
  • 1 cup kimchi, chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil


Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced pork belly and cook until crispy and browned, about 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in the chopped kimchi and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  4. Push the pork and kimchi to the side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty space.
  5. Cook the eggs to your desired doneness.
  6. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing everything together before removing from heat.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add some gochujang or chili flakes.
  • Serve with steamed rice for a complete meal.
