Description

A delicious and low-carb meatloaf recipe made with a crispy pork rind crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed pork rinds
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, crushed pork rinds, eggs, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and spices.
  3. Mix until well combined and form the mixture into a loaf shape.
  4. Place the meatloaf in a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
