- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup crushed pork rinds
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, crushed pork rinds, eggs, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and spices.
- Mix until well combined and form the mixture into a loaf shape.
- Place the meatloaf in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
