Description

A delicious and easy-to-make keto sausage egg bake perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the Italian sausage over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked sausage, cheese, bell peppers, and onions to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
