- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the Italian sausage over medium heat until fully cooked.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked sausage, cheese, bell peppers, and onions to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and lightly browned.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
