Instructions
- Begin by setting your oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, basil, rosemary, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and sea salt until evenly combined.
- In another bowl, beat the egg, olive oil, and water together until smooth and homogenous.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a cohesive dough forms. If the mixture appears too dry, incorporate additional water, a teaspoon at a time, until it holds together.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.
- Peel off the top layer of parchment and use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to slice the dough into squares or your preferred shapes.
- Carefully move the cut pieces onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring there’s space between each cracker.
- Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes, or until the edges turn a lovely golden brown. Keep a close watch to prevent over-baking.
- Allow the crackers to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
