- 4 ounces nduja
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- 1 cup fresh basil, torn
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the nduja and cook until it starts to sizzle and release its oils.
- Add the shrimp, salt, and pepper, cooking until the shrimp are pink and fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and plate the shrimp mixture.
- Top with burrata and fresh basil before serving.
