Description
Deliciously crispy smashed Brussels sprouts mixed with savory bacon, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim and wash the Brussels sprouts, then boil them for 5 minutes.
- Drain and let them cool slightly, then smash each sprout with the bottom of a glass.
- Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy, then chop into pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the smashed Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and bacon pieces.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer and cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer when crispy and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add parmesan cheese before serving.
- Adjust cooking time based on how crispy you like your Brussels sprouts.
