Description

A delicious fusion of taco and gyro flavors that will blow your mind!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons taco seasoning
  • 4 pita bread
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbled.
  2. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water, stir, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Warm the pita bread in a pan or oven.
  4. Layer the cooked beef, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, tzatziki sauce, and lettuce in each pita.
  5. Squeeze lime juice over each filled pita and serve immediately.
