Description
A delicious low-carb twist on kebabs using smashed tortillas.
Ingredients

- 4 large tortillas
- 1 pound ground meat (beef, chicken, or turkey)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup bell peppers (chopped)
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ground meat with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into kebabs and thread them onto skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, prepare the tortillas by smashing them slightly.
- In the last few minutes of grilling, place the tortillas on the grill to warm.
- Once everything is cooked, assemble the kebabs in the smashed tortillas, adding cheese, bell peppers, and onions.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the meat for a few hours before grilling.
- Feel free to add your favorite low-carb toppings.
