- 2 smoked duck breasts
- 1 medium celeriac, peeled and thinly sliced
- 4 slices crispy bacon
- 100 grams brie cheese, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Arrange the celeriac slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Bake the celeriac in the oven for about 25 minutes or until tender.
- While the celeriac is baking, cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- Once the celeriac is done, layer it with the sliced smoked duck and crispy bacon.
- Add a slice of brie cheese on top of each stack.
- Return the stacks to the oven for another 5-7 minutes until the brie is melted.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional pepper if desired.

- For a gluten-free option, ensure the bacon is gluten-free.
