Description

A decadent and flavorful stack of smoked duck, celeriac, crispy bacon, and brie cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 smoked duck breasts
  • 1 medium celeriac, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 4 slices crispy bacon
  • 100 grams brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Arrange the celeriac slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake the celeriac in the oven for about 25 minutes or until tender.
  4. While the celeriac is baking, cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
  5. Once the celeriac is done, layer it with the sliced smoked duck and crispy bacon.
  6. Add a slice of brie cheese on top of each stack.
  7. Return the stacks to the oven for another 5-7 minutes until the brie is melted.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with additional pepper if desired.
