Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, lemon juice, red onion, capers, and dill.
- Fold in the smoked salmon and mix until well combined.
- Fill each avocado half with the smoked salmon mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of smoked paprika on top before serving.
- These can be prepared ahead of time—just add the filling right before serving to prevent browning.
