Instructions

- Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and gochujang, stirring until well combined.
- Cook until beef is fully cooked and flavors meld, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine salad greens, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
- Serve the spicy beef over the salad and top with chopped green onions.
