Description

A creamy and delicious blend of spinach, artichokes, and chicken in a comforting soup.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, artichoke hearts, and spinach to the pot.
  3. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  4. Stir in the cream cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the shredded cheese, stirring until melted and well combined.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional spinach if desired.
