Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup sweetener of choice (like stevia or erythritol)
- ice for serving
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, lemon juice, sweetener, and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove seeds and pulp.
- Add the remaining 3 cups of water to the pitcher and stir well.
- Serve over ice and garnish with additional strawberry slices if desired.
