These delicious sugar-free yogurt protein popsicles are a perfect treat to cool down while getting a healthy dose of protein!
Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit (like berries or bananas)
- 1 tablespoon honey or equivalent sweetener (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla extract, and honey (if using) until well combined.
- Fold in the fruit of your choice gently.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To remove from molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness as per your preference, and feel free to add other flavorings like cocoa powder or cinnamon.
- Store leftover popsicles in a sealed bag or container in the freezer.
