Description

These delicious sugar-free yogurt protein popsicles are a perfect treat to cool down while getting a healthy dose of protein!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit (like berries or bananas)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or equivalent sweetener (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla extract, and honey (if using) until well combined.
  2. Fold in the fruit of your choice gently.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  5. To remove from molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness as per your preference, and feel free to add other flavorings like cocoa powder or cinnamon.
  • Store leftover popsicles in a sealed bag or container in the freezer.
