Tahini-Drizzled Roasted Cauliflower Steaks

Description

Delicious roasted cauliflower steaks drizzled with a creamy tahini sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and slice it into steaks.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  4. Brush the tahini mixture onto both sides of the cauliflower steaks.
  5. Place the steaks on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Once the cauliflower is golden brown and tender, remove from the oven and drizzle with remaining tahini sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can marinate the cauliflower steaks for 30 minutes before roasting.
  • Serving with a side salad complements this dish well.
