Delicious roasted cauliflower steaks drizzled with a creamy tahini sauce.

- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and slice it into steaks.
- In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Brush the tahini mixture onto both sides of the cauliflower steaks.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once the cauliflower is golden brown and tender, remove from the oven and drizzle with remaining tahini sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can marinate the cauliflower steaks for 30 minutes before roasting.
- Serving with a side salad complements this dish well.
