Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/4 cup tequila
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix tequila, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the cubed chicken to the marinade and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
