- 1/4 cup lime juice

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix tequila, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the cubed chicken to the marinade and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and soak skewers in water if using wooden ones.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
