Description
A delicious low-carb version of the classic grilled cheese sandwich, made with chaffles.
Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle maker.
- In a bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, and baking powder until well mixed.
- Pour half of the chaffle mixture into the preheated waffle maker and cook until golden and crispy.
- Carefully remove the chaffle and add shredded cheddar cheese on top, then pour the remaining mixture over it.
- Cook again until the cheese is melted and the chaffle is crispy.
- Serve warm.

- These chaffles can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Best served immediately for crispy texture.
