- 4 brik pastries
- 4 eggs
- 200 grams tuna, drained
- 50 grams capers
- 100 grams parsley, chopped
- 50 ml harissa sauce
- oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Place a brik pastry in the pan and add tuna, capers, and parsley.
- Crack an egg on top of the filling.
- Fold the pastry over and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with harissa sauce on the side.
