Description

A classic Tunisian dish featuring crispy pastry filled with savory ingredients, served with a spicy harissa sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams tuna, drained
  • 50 grams capers
  • 100 grams parsley, chopped
  • 50 ml harissa sauce
  • oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Place a brik pastry in the pan and add tuna, capers, and parsley.
  3. Crack an egg on top of the filling.
  4. Fold the pastry over and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Serve hot with harissa sauce on the side.
