- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Rinse the corned beef under cold water and pat dry.
- In a spice grinder, combine mustard seeds, black peppercorns, coriander seeds, red pepper flakes, and allspice berries. Grind to a fine powder.
- Rub the spice mixture over the corned beef, covering it thoroughly.
- Place the corn beef in a slow cooker with minced garlic and water.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until tender.
- Remove from the slow cooker, let rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
