A delicious and unique take on the traditional samosa, featuring spiced lamb filling wrapped in a keto-friendly crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  4. Add ground lamb and spices, cooking until browned.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
  6. Roll out the keto dough and cut into circles.
  7. Fill each circle with lamb mixture and fold into a half-moon shape.
  8. Brush with beaten egg and place on a baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
