- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground lamb and spices, cooking until browned.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
- Roll out the keto dough and cut into circles.
- Fill each circle with lamb mixture and fold into a half-moon shape.
- Brush with beaten egg and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
