Description
A refreshing and creamy mousse perfect as a starter or appetizer.
Ingredients

- 200 grams smoked trout
- 100 grams cream cheese
- 50 ml double cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 bunch watercress
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the smoked trout, cream cheese, double cream, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Add the watercress, salt, and pepper, and pulse until just chopped. Do not over-blend.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Serve chilled with crackers or toasted bread.
Notes
- For an extra twist, try adding a dash of horseradish.
- This mousse can be made a day in advance.
