Ingredients

- 1 cup whey protein isolate
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream cheese until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine the whey protein, baking powder, and salt.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well incorporated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop the batter onto the baking sheet to form small rounds.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving as sliders.
