Description

Delicious and light cloud bread sliders made with whey protein, perfect for a low-carb diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup whey protein isolate
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine the whey protein, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well incorporated.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Scoop the batter onto the baking sheet to form small rounds.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  8. Let cool before serving as sliders.
