A rich and creamy dessert made with white chocolate and heavy cream, perfect for special occasions.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the cream, milk, and sugar over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped white chocolate until melted and smooth.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add the gelatin mixture to the warm cream mixture and stir until dissolved.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Notes
- For a fruit topping, consider adding fresh berries or a berry compote.
- Make sure the panna cotta is fully set before serving.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance.
