Description

A rich and creamy dessert made with white chocolate and heavy cream, perfect for special occasions.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the cream, milk, and sugar over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped white chocolate until melted and smooth.
  3. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the gelatin mixture to the warm cream mixture and stir until dissolved.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Notes

  • For a fruit topping, consider adding fresh berries or a berry compote.
  • Make sure the panna cotta is fully set before serving.
