Instructions
- In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Slowly pour the eggs into the boiling broth while stirring gently to create egg ribbons.
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and white pepper; stir to combine.
- Remove from heat and garnish with green onions.
