- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the beaten egg, then coat it evenly with the almond flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the nuggets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Alternatively, place the nuggets in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot with your favorite keto-friendly dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, use crushed pork rinds instead of almond flour.
- You can bake the nuggets at 400°F for 15-20 minutes if you prefer not to fry them.
