Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated erythritol
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract and almond milk.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until well combined.
