- 3 tablespoons soy sauce (or coconut aminos for a soy-free option)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Gather and prepare all vegetables: dice the onion, mince the garlic and ginger, and set aside the coleslaw mix.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil and olive oil over medium heat. Add ground pork (or chicken) and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Add diced onion, minced garlic, and ginger to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the coleslaw mix, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
