Ingredients

- 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut oil, cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
- Freeze for about 1-2 hours or until solid.
- Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- These fat bombs can be stored in the refrigerator for a couple of weeks.
- Feel free to add nuts or other flavors if desired.
