Description

Delicious and creamy fat bombs that are perfect for a keto diet and satisfy your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup erythritol (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut oil, cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
  3. Freeze for about 1-2 hours or until solid.
  4. Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • These fat bombs can be stored in the refrigerator for a couple of weeks.
  • Feel free to add nuts or other flavors if desired.
