- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, sour cream, shredded cheese, chives, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the egg and mix until well combined.
- Roll the dough into a thin layer and cut into desired cracker shapes.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
