Description

Delicious low-carb crackers made with sour cream and chives, perfect for snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, sour cream, shredded cheese, chives, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the egg and mix until well combined.
  4. Roll the dough into a thin layer and cut into desired cracker shapes.
